Terminology

Gives your video a very professional look and allows for previously unobtainable shots.
"The Days Events" - A process where we add ceremony footage to the concept video in time to be viewed at the reception.
Ala Cart - This is the cost for each additional hour of coverage over the contracted hourly amount.
Hours Of Coverage - The time that Roll Video Productions is contractually obligated to videotape your wedding and starts from the time
that your ceremony begins. Setup time does not count against this time.  We will arrive approximately an hour to and hour and half
before your ceremony is scheduled to begin.  We begin videotaping soon after we setup our equipment.
Number Of Cameras - The number of cameras covering your wedding varies by the package you choose.  We use a minimum of two
cameras and two cameramen for all of our wedding packages with exception to the Titanium package.

DVD Chapters & Menus - Depending on the package you choose, Roll Video Productions will ad chapters and/or menus to your
finished video DVD.  A chapter is like a way-point of your finished wedding video.  On most DVD players you can simply forward through
the video by chapters for those times you want to show specific parts of your video.  DVD menus are a artistic way of opening your
wedding video using artwork, video clips, music and sound.  All the chapters that make up your finished DVD can be displayed on a
menu or sub-menu system, extras like outtakes can be accessed through the menu system.  A good menu added to your video is what
truly makes your finished wedding video something extra special.
Closing Credits - Pay homage to those special people that contributed so much time and money to make your special day, special.
Usually the people that stand up in your wedding, parents, grandparents, etc.  Credits can vary from simple text to pictures and video of
the persons you would like to give credit to.  We provide a form that is sent along with your signed contract for you to fill out, in order for
you to do this.   Failure to fill out this form may result in a absence of credits in your finished wedding video.
Still picture, Video & Audio credits will add to the cost of your finished video.
Highlight Video  - Sometimes referred to as a days events video.  Depending on the package you choose, Roll Video Productions will
summarize your wedding day by using music, creative editing & special effects to create a beautiful & memorable portion to your
finished wedding video.  When you want to show off your wedding day and there isn't enough time to enjoy the entire finished wedding
video, this 3 to 6 minute highlight video will cover your entire wedding day as if it were a music video.  This video can be made to be like
a rock video, elegant movie or use a common theme for this video.  It's up to you and is covered on the wedding questionnaire.
Photo Montage  - A photo montage is a series of photos set to music, titles, audio.  At Roll Video Productions we use what is referred to
as the
Ken Burns Effect.  It's a process that seems to add motion to a still photo.  This service is provided with most of our wedding
packages and the amount of photos used depends on the package level.
Video Monitor At Reception  - Depending on the package your choose, a video monitor displaying your photo montage during the
reception will be provided by Roll Video Productions.  Your guests will be able to view your photo montage in a loop throughout your
reception.  This requires our customers to provide wedding photos a minimum of 1 month before the actual wedding ceremony.  If time
permits, we will add some of the ceremony to your montage(Gold or Californium package only)
Concept Video  - This is only offered with the Californium Package.  "You Ought To Be In Pictures"  If you ever dreamed of being on the
silver screen, well this is your chance and what a better way to express your love for each other than make a small movie about
yourselves and your relationship with one-another.  Working with us, your vision and our abilities, we will produce a short film that will
be projected onto our large 8 foot silver screen for everyone to enjoy.  If time permits, we will add some of today's events to the video.
This requires acting but not ability.  The worse your acting ability the funnier and more enjoyable the video can be, or maybe you just
want a nice sentimental view of your relationship that doesn't require any acting, it's all up to you.  Friends and family are encouraged to
participate, just remember "
Quiet On Set". Whatever concept you choose, promises to be very memorable and unique and it's what
people will remember about your wedding for years to come.  This requires approximately an entire day of your time to film.  Location
permission is secured by our clients.
Digital Projector & 8ft Silver Screen  - Depending on the package you choose, Roll Video Productions will provide a state of the art
Digital Video Projector, projecting your photo montage or concept video on a huge 8ft video screen during your reception at a time you
choose.
